1. The performance listed in the performance table of the smoke exhaust fan is within the highest efficiency range, divided into five performance operating points according to the air volume. When selecting, the performance table shall prevail. The qualified products of the factory fan shall have a total pressure error of no more than ± 5% at the rated air volume. The performance selection table shall be based on the performance under standard conditions, and the performance specified in the technical documents or order requirements shall be subject to the standard conditions;

2. The installation method of this fan can be divided into horizontal and roof mounted, with special requirements for performance such as air volume, total pressure, and installation size;

3. HTF-I and HTF-II refer to atmospheric pressure high-temperature smoke exhaust fans for firefighting, with axial flow type blades: HTF-I (single speed) and HTF-II (dual speed); HTF-III and HTF-IV represent medium pressure fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust dedicated fans;

4. HTF-X is a soundproof high-temperature smoke exhaust fan for firefighting, and users can choose different types according to their actual needs;

5. HTF-W series roof mounted high-temperature smoke exhaust fan, users can choose flame-retardant fiberglass hood or steel hood according to their actual needs; 6. HTF-D is a low-pressure fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust fan;

7. Special note: GYF and HTF series fans are similar products.

Installation process

1. Fully familiar with the sample of the fan, familiar with the specifications, form, impeller rotation direction, and airflow inlet and outlet direction of the smoke exhaust fan, etc. Before installing the fan, check whether the impeller has any rubbing phenomenon, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components, whether the accessories are complete, whether the connections of all components are firm, and carefully check whether the fan blades are damaged or deformed due to transportation. Otherwise, they should be repaired before installation.

2. The air ducts connecting the inlet and outlet of the smoke exhaust fan should have separate supports, and it is not allowed to add the weight of the ducts to the components of the fan. When installing the fan, attention should be paid to the horizontal position of the fan. The joint surface between the fan and the foundation and the connection of the air outlet duct should be adjusted to fit naturally, and forced connection is not allowed.

3. After the installation of the fan, use your hand or lever to pull the impeller and check for any tightness or rubbing, as well as any objects that hinder rotation. Only when there are no abnormal phenomena can the test run be carried out. The exposed part of the fan's transmission device should have a protective cover (provided by the user). If the air inlet of the fan is not connected to the pipeline, a protective net or other safety device (to be provided by the user) should also be added.

4. The wiring of the fan must be correct and reliable, and the fan casing should be properly grounded. The grounding must be reliable. The power supply for the smoke exhaust fan must be complete and comply with relevant requirements. Electrical wiring must be done by electricians with professional knowledge.
